Most of our residents move to Istanbul from another city, and for their families that first year is a leap of faith. We built Kıvanç around that reality: one properly staffed building, clear rules, transparent pricing, and someone reachable whenever a parent needs an answer.

We're not a large chain. The residence is run day to day by the same family that has owned it since 2013, which is why the standards hold.
